Hey folks, before I was a business owner I was and remain a poet, so here is my poem life. I hope you enjoy.

Life
By Wallace “Kyle” Woodard IV

Sitting here in my mind,
Amongst that ol’ gray melon rind,
Twas curiosity and vexation did I find.
Even blind as I am I can see,
That many people look upon life as so blazey.
When in reality LIFE is a rainbow colored sunray,
Monday through Sunday
June through may.
All that need be done
To live life to its fullest,
Rather tan its dullest.
Be kind to all,
Even when grind or fal.l
Shun no one.
And along the way have some fun.
Embrace every moment of life,
Even if strife.
For you never know when out your time will run.
And keep in mind,
How do you want to be remembered,
When it is all said and done?

Ah but I wasn't a Texan when I wrote that poem. I was a Washingtonian. I am glad you enjoyed it thanks.

Greetings Wallace,

In particular I'm drawn to the lines,

"Embrace every moment of life,
Even if strife.
For you never know when out your time will run."

For this speaks of truth...
Some put off living as it were
till times are better
forgetting that life is now, here to be lived
And whether that time is pleasant or
filled through and through with strife
...yet still the need to embrace it.

Really beautiful the thots conveyed.

It was quite a nice poem, but please, please proof read. If you are randomly posting to a topic it is not so important, but if you are putting your artistic work on the internet, for Shakespeare's sake, spell check and proof read it first. Thank you for sharing that beautiful poem, lovely in sentament, if a bit ragged in appearance.
